Om Raut's 'Adipurus' film has now created a big controversy

Om Raut's 'Adipurus' film has now created a big controversy. The film is based on Ramayana, starring Prabhas as Ramachandra, Katie Sanon as Sita and Saif Ali Khan as Lankapati Ravana. The essence of the Ramayana story is the forest abode of Rama, Lakshmana and Sita, the abduction of Sita by the rabbit, the rabbit-rabbit fight and the rabbit's defeat and death in the battle. However, it has been accused of distorting several issues. The teaser shown in Ayodhya on October 2 has gone viral on YouTube. The modern face of the mythological characters depicted in the film, especially the face of Lankapati Raban, has created outrage among the people. Most Twitter users said that the rabbi's face resembled that of the Islamic invaders Alauddin Khilzi and Aurangzeb or the Mongol invader Genghis Khan. On the other hand, many have suggested that the flower plane of the Rabbit resembles the dragon of Targaryen.

So what did the rabbit really look like? We know that the rabbi was very tall, twenty arms and a huge body. According to Professor Biwa Dubey of the Sanskrit Department of Banaras Hindu University, Raban was black as Jet, tall like a hill, with long hair and long hair and a golden crown on his head. Baliputra Angad has described such a face of Ravana in the Ramcharitmanas. According to the Valmiki Ramayana, Rabbis used to wear sapphires and various gems. His teeth were bright white and his demonic body had many marks of war.

According to Dr. Rajiv Srivastava, Professor of the History Department of the said University, Rabbi Rushi was the son of Vishrava and had long hair on his head. Tripunda (three rows of sandalwood) adorned his forehead as he was a great devotee of Shiva. Being a king, he wore earrings in his ears. He wore light clothes and adorned his shoulder with Yagyopabita. He wore a golden crown on his head and was embellished with many gems. Srivastava said, Saif Ali Khan, who plays Raban, looks like the Mongol invaders Genghis Khan and Taimur Long.

While Adipurus is slated to release on January 12, 2023, it remains to be seen how well it will perform in light of the current controversies.
